"My order was right, surprisingly"
I’m not totally sure why I expected something to be missing or mixed up, but everything in my order was actually correct. No wrong items, no weird substitutions, nothing. So yeah, I’m a little confused but happy with it.

"Customer service was okay overall"
I mean, customer service wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. I had to reach out about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me and fix the issue, it took longer than I expected. I also had to follow up a couple of times, which was a little frustrating. The person I dealt with was polite, just not very quick. It all worked out in the end, but the service could definitely be a bit better.

"I ordered this super last minute and thought..."
I ordered this super last minute and thought there was no way it’d make it in time. But it shipped way quicker than I expected and showed up with a whole day to spare. Really happy with how fast everythng was.

"Good price, but don’t expect anything fancy"
I ended up paying less than I thought I would, which was nice. The stuff is decent for the price, but I wouldn’t say it feels amazing or high-end. Still, for what I spent, it was worth it.

Designing it was simple, honestly. The checkout wasn’t not a little clunky, though, and it took me a minute to get through.

"Really nice quality napkins"
I ordered custom napkins for a small party, kind of assuming they’d be like most personalized party stuff and just look okay, but they actually turned out nicer than I expected. The paper felt thick and sturdy, not cheap, and the printing was really clean.
The colors were close to what I chose online too, which I always expect to be a little off with this kind of thing. We used them all night and they held up well, so I’d definitely order them again.
